Create and execute a bulk-withdrawal batch (internal, API key flow)
POST/internal/bulk-withdrawals/batches
Internal, HMAC-signed. Creates a batch and executes it immediately, bypassing maker-checker (projectx has already checked DISBURSEMENTS_CREATE and DISBURSEMENTS_APPROVE). The primary account is taken from the trusted primary-account header. With an idempotencyKey, a repeat of the same request returns 200 with the existing batch id; a replay of a cancelled batch, or of a batch stuck after the fee was charged, returns 409. A key identifies one request: the body of a replay is not compared, so use a new key for each distinct request. If execution fails after the fee was charged the call returns 502 with the batchId in the body; do not retry, contact support.
