Transfer between the entity's own accounts
POST/account/subaccounts/transfer
Moves funds between the entity's own accounts. Provide exactly one
destination — an explicit sub-account (toAccountPublicId) or a typed
scoped destination (toAccountType, currently only PAYOUTS_ZAR); the
transfer currency must match the destination account's currency.
Requires the treasury.transfer.create permission within the selected
entity.

Executed via shared-account-access; body reports whether multi-authorisation is pending.
Accepted — transfer executed (no body).
Request validation failed, e.g. not exactly one destination, or currency does not match the destination account type (INVALID_JSON).
Missing/invalid JWT or entity selection (RBAC_ENTITY_SELECTION_REQUIRED)
Caller lacks the treasury.transfer.create permission (RBAC_PERMISSION_DENIED)
Source or destination account not found (ACCOUNT_NOT_FOUND).
