Account balances

Read the balances of a subaccount by its designation (for example FUNDING or PAYOUT). The primary account is resolved server-side from the trusted internal context — the subaccount id is never returned to the client, and the account type is taken from the path, not a query parameter.

Served directly by payments-backend. Requires a user JWT (role management:user).
