Update a webhook subscription
PUT/webhooks/:identifier
Partial update of url, eventTypes, active and description. Set
active: false to pause deliveries without deleting the subscription.
The signing secret doesn't change. Responds 200 with no body.
Requires the webhooks.subscription.update permission in the selected entity.
