Cashflow summary across sub-accounts

Returns gross credit ("money in") and debit ("money out") totals with leg counts across the primary + non-hidden sub-accounts for the requested window, valued in a reference currency. Powers the business dashboard cashflow tiles. Requires the treasury.balances.read permission.
