Merged transaction history across all accounts
GET/account/transactionhistory/all
Returns one flat, chronologically-ordered transaction-history list across
the caller's primary account and all its non-hidden, activated
sub-accounts. Each row carries the owning account's publicId/label
(primary = "0"/"Main"). Scoped to the primary, not the selected
sub-account. Shared with retail; business (RBAC) callers are gated by the
treasury.transaction_history.read permission.
beforeId is not supported on this view (a single-account keyset cursor
has no meaning across a merged page) and is rejected with 400.
The date range is capped at 90 days and defaults to the last 90 days when
startTime/endTime are omitted; a wider range is rejected with 400.
Entities spanning more accounts than the server limit are rejected with 400 asking the caller to filter by a specific account (the merged view is for small/medium entities).
Gated by the enableAllAccountsTransactionHistory feature flag (OFF by
default): while disabled the endpoint responds 404, indistinguishable
from an unrouted path.
