Portfolio PnL summary over fixed windows

PnL roll-ups over fixed windows rather than a date series — the object is keyed by summary_for_yesterday, summary_for_1_week, summary_for_30_days, summary_for_one_year and summary_for_all_time, each holding one entry per reference currency with currency, dailyPnl, cumulativePnl, percentageDailyPnl and percentageCumulativePnl.

Takes no query params — the windows are fixed. Gated by treasury.balances.read, and subject to the same PORTFOLIO_TRACKER_ACTIVE feature gate.

Object keyed by window name, as described above; every figure is a pre-formatted decimal string. Untyped because the body is forwarded verbatim from the portfolio-tracker service when PORTFOLIO_TRACKER_PROXY_ENABLED is on; shape owned by that service.
